A delightful vegan twist to the much-loved original, Ginger & Co’s Vegan Sticky Ginger Chai is a beautiful sticky chai blend of loose leaf black tea, fragrant masala spices and warming ginger. The tea mixture is then lovingly coated with organic coconut blossom syrup that has been infused for hours with vanilla and cinnamon. This beautiful vegan wet chai is perfect with soy milk!
Scoop 10g (1 heaped tablespoon) of sticky chai into a small pot (use more for a stronger brew). Add just enough water to cover the sticky chai and bring to simmer. Simmer for 3-5 minutes (be careful not to boil), stirring regularly. Add 3/4 cup (200ml) of soy milk (recommended) to the pot and continue to simmer for another 2-3 minutes. Strain the chai into a cup and add honey or other sweetner to taste.
